Important Parking & Entrance Info for T-Birds Games

Entrances to the MassMutual Center
Due to the ongoing parking garage construction, Bruce Landon Way is closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic via Main Street until further notice. 

Fans have three options for entering the MassMutual Center:

1. RECOMMENDED ENTRANCE: Fans can enter through the Convention Center doors at the corner of Main Street and Bruce Landon Way, under the video board marquee. Upon entrance, MassMutual Center staff will direct fans into the arena box office & seating bowl.
2. For fans who have tickets in hand already (digital or printed), an entrance is available on the State Street side of the MassMutual Center, which will be open one hour before puck drop at 6:05 p.m.
3. The main box office doors on Bruce Landon Way will be accessible via Dwight Street, but please note that due to the construction, the pedestrian walkway does not extend beyond the main box office toward Main Street. Fans can begin entering the seating bowl at 6:05 p.m.
   • Please note there is a ramp by the doors marked "Dwight Street Entrance" for those with ADA needs.

Season ticket members, please note the season ticket member entrance will be temporarily unavailable due to the construction.

All fans exiting the game looking to go toward MGM Springfield are encouraged to use the State Street exit located behind section 18.

Please note the State Street entrance leads to a staircase and, therefore, is not ADA accessible.

Accessible Parking Info & ADA Dropoff Point:

Due to the ongoing parking garage construction on Bruce Landon Way, please note that Bruce Landon Way is CLOSED to all vehicular traffic. The pedestrian sidewalk on Bruce Landon Way will be accessible via the sidewalk at Dwight Street up until the main box office doors. No pedestrian access will be available beyond the main box office doors when traveling toward Main Street.

If someone in your party requires ADA drop-off or pick-up, please note that there will be a designated area at the corner of Main Street and Bruce Landon Way in front of the Convention Center entrance to the MassMutual Center. We highly recommend utilizing this entry and pick-up/drop-off point.

There will be limited accessible parking on both sides of the one-way street on Dwight Street (between Harrison Avenue and State Street).

More ADA parking spaces will also be available on Main Street (at the corner of Main and Bruce Landon Way, in front of the Springfield BID Visitors Center) for Thunderbirds game nights. Limited ADA spaces will also be available on State Street between Dwight Street and Main Street.

Alternatively, free parking is available 24/7 at MGM Springfield (1 MGM Way), and on-street parking is free (where available) after 6 p.m. on weekdays and at all times on weekends.

*Please note that anyone parking a vehicle in ADA spaces around the MMC that does not display their hanging tag or does not fall within the ADA parameters is subject to fines/penalties and towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
