Re-established in 2025, the T-Birds First Line Program, presented by Wellpoint, pairs Springfield Public Schools students with Springfield and Hampden County public safety officials for unforgettable nights at the Thunderdome, but more importantly, establishing meaningful mentorships and relationships between our youth and public officials.

Memories Made, Trust Established
At each First Line night, Springfield school students get behind-the-scenes access and meaningful experiences within the game. Additionally, students get a chance to have meaningful conversation with City first responders, helping to bridge the gap and creating a community bond.
