Kindl Returned to T-Birds from Florida
Springfield, MA - Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations Dale Tallon announced Tuesday that the Panthers have assigned defenseman Jakub Kindl to the Springfield Thunderbirds.
The 29-year old Kindl was previously recalled by the Panthers on Sunday. He has recorded three points (1-2-3) in nine games with the Thunderbirds this season. In Kindl's last game with Springfield before his prior recall, he recorded the first shorthanded goal in Thunderbirds history, with his team two men down, on Saturday against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
Springfield takes to the ice to begin another three-game, three-night weekend on Friday Nov. 11, as they face the St. John's IceCaps at the MassMutual Center at 7:05 p.m. ET. The night marks another $1 Night and Pregame Concert Series presented by MGM Springfield with a performance from Eagle Eyes. Tickets are available online at www.SpringfieldThunderbirds.com.
