In addition, three veteran members of the staff have received promotions for the new season: Andrew Buchanan has been elevated to Manager of Ticket Sales; Jim Lawless has accepted a promotion to Senior Business Development & Retention Executive, and Drew Supernor has been elevated to Director of Brand Development & Merchandise.
A native of Martha’s Vineyard, Mass., Bollin comes to the T-Birds after serving as an assistant general manager for the Martha’s Vineyard Sharks of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. She received her bachelor’s degree from Lasell University.
Dlugolenski, a native of North Granby, Conn., has been an integral part of the Thunderbirds’ promotional street team and community relations efforts since 2024 and is a 2025 graduate from SUNY-Oswego. Between the efforts of Dlugolenski and the T-Birds' community team, the franchise makes more than 350 appearances annually with mascot Boomer at charitable events throughout the Western Mass. region.
A current undergraduate student at Springfield College, Boucher is in his second season on the Thunderbirds’ game-night staff and will now oversee the team’s fulfillment of live entertainment elements inside the Thunderdome throughout the season.
Entering his sixth season working game nights for the organization, McCormic will work closely with Supernor on the team’s merchandise efforts, helping create innovative ideas and products for fans of all ages. He is a 2025 graduate of Springfield College.
Buchanan joined the Thunderbirds in 2021 and now enters his first season as manager of the T-Birds’ award-winning ticket sales staff, which the American Hockey League has recognized annually for hitting key milestones since the club’s inception. In 2022, the team earned the league’s President’s Award as AHL Team of the Year.
Lawless has been with the Thunderbirds since 2021, when he served as the club’s Head Intern. Now entering his fourth season on the full-time staff, he will specialize in maintaining meaningful relationships with Thunderbirds season ticket members while continuing to work closely with the ticket sales staff.
An original T-Birds employee since the club’s 2016 inception, Supernor has helped elevate the T-Birds’ merchandise and brand to create innovative product lines, highlighted by specialty night activations like Ice-O-Topes Night, Pink in the Rink, and Dropkick Murphys Irish-inspired offerings.
